Lip fillers

Beautiful lips can enhance your look like no other feature. But age can cause lips to lose definition and volume. Thankfully, lip fillers can reverse the effects of ageing and enhance your natural smile.

Plump it up

We use dermal fillers to correct a range of issues, including:

  • Lack of volume and definition
  • Wrinkles
  • Smile lines
  • Ill-defined cupid’s bows
  • Downturned lip corners that can make you appear angry or sad
  • Fine smokers’ lines

The magic ingredient

Lip fillers use hyaluronic acid – a substance that helps your skin stay hydrated and flexible. Fillers not only help to plump, and define lips, but by bringing moisture to the surface of your lips, they’ll feel healthier and softer than ever before.

Benefits

  • Quick, safe and non-invasive
  • Pain-free
  • Plumper lips that give you a youthful smile

FAQs

How long does the treatment take?
Lip fillers usually take less than half an hour to administer.
How long do dermal fillers last?
The effects of dermal fillers usually last between three to six months, and can be topped up to keep you looking and feeling your best.
Do lip fillers hurt?
Along with using very fine needles to administer lip fillers, we also numb the treatment area with anaesthetic cream to make the procedure comfortable.

Depending on the type of treatment you have, and the area being targeted, there may be a little pain. We’ll explain the process and what to expect before you start your treatment.

Are there any side-effects to having lip fillers?
You may have a small amount of temporary swelling, redness or bruising, but this will usually settle down in a few days.
Do I have to follow any instructions once I’ve had fillers?
We’ll provide you with full after-care instructions, but as a general rule, we advise avoiding wearing make-up, drinking coffee or being exposed to direct sunlight directly after your treatment.
Who can have dermal fillers?
Fillers are very safe, however they are not advised for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Also, if you have issues with acne, we recommend seeking treatment for it first, as acne can carry an increased risk of infection.

If you have any concerns, just talk to one of the team to see whether dermal fillers are right for you.
